US hotels should learn from the Japanese. The Tokyu hotel had exceptional service and was in an excellent location. Western style rooms with comfy beds and a shower head more with greater strength than most power washers. We walked everywhere and stayed 3 nights

We stayed at another hotel in the other side of park. They had an onsen, but I liked this hotel better!!! The people were super super nice. From the doorman, to front desk crew, to concierge. Clean and modern. Also, the king bed was huge and very comfortable with great linens. Close to the museums and castle park. I would stay here again. We ate breakfast at Starbucks adjacent to hotel.
