One night stay only. We choose the family room which was 3 x single beds pushed together and a seperate rollaway bed, space in the room was definitely tight. We had selected this hotel as it offered a free shuttle bus from the train station but the bus departed 3 minutes before schedule so we arrived to the bus stop in time to watch it depart. For the return journey, the bus schedule simply didn’t work for our timings so we ended up having to pay for a taxi too and from the hotel. Overall the stay was fine. The staff were happy to store our bags whilst we visited the Castle and Gardens. The hotel is perfectly located for exploring them.

This hotel is very close to Kanazawa Castle and Kenrokuen, so it was convenient for sightseeing. You can see Kanazawa Castle from the window, so you can enjoy a beautiful view during the illumination period. The breakfast was also very delicious, and I was very grateful for the complimentary Kaga Bou tea. This time it was only one night, but next time I definitely want to stay two nights or more and enjoy sightseeing for a long time. Thank you.
