Hotel Resol Trinity Kanazawa was a great choice. The location is perfect, the cleanliness is excellent, and the room was very comfortable. What we liked most was that on every floor there is a small room where guests can go to choose additional pillows of varying thickness and weight—a very convenient touch. The staff were very friendly, polite, and helpful. We highly recommend this hotel based on our very positive experience.

The hotel is very well located for rail station, castle, gardens, market and Samurai district. All very walkable. Staff is very helpful and friendly. Luggage transfer system makes travelling easier. Good location, close to local amenities including shops/eateries and most major attractions. The main train station is approximately a 15min walk away which was convenient. The room was compact, but manageable for a couple of nights and was clean. Check in and out was quick and efficient and we were able to leave our luggage after checkout whilst we explored for the rest of the afternoon which was super helpful. Can't vouch for the breakfast as we didn't have this included, but free hot water and coffee were available in the lobby. The lobby however stunk of cigarettes as there was a smoking area nearby.

The hotel was great, only minor complaint was the room was very warm and the air conditioning was centrally controlled (i.e. not available to cool until summer months). We could fortunately open the window slightly to help cool it down. Otherwise, the area has lots of nearby hotels/tourists and not enough restaurants to service them all. Plan accordingly or end up waiting for food or having to have limited Konbini dinner several nights like we had to.

Hotel RESOL is conveniently located opposite to the market and within walking distance to Kenrokuen Garden and the Kanazawa Castle Park. I like the corridor with floor lamps on the walls and very soft music. The room is very clean and quiet, spacious for a solo traveler. The breakfast buffet is delicious and healthy. Definitely will stay here again next time.

Staff very friendly and helpful. The hotel is very close to the Omicho markets which are abuzz with people. The hotel is no more than a 1000 yen fare from Kanazawa train station. The hotel isn’t far from Kenrokuen Gardens which is a must see. It’s a pleasant walk, if you like walking through the Kanazawa Castle grounds to the gardens.

Staff was friendly. Room was clean and provided some basic needs at reception if you needed them. The hotel is close to the kanazawa station amount other public transport access. There's even a convince store right next door in case you need anything else before you leave for the day
