The staff was phenomenal, friendly and very helpful. The room was spacious, clean, comfortable, and well organized. The location is close to everything you want to see. I would stay here again in a heartbeat!

Second time l have stayed here. Staff are very welcoming and helpful. Clean and comfortable room, only slight negative is the room could benefit from some redecoration - one wall was a little scuffed. Laundry facilities are very good, washing machines have instructions in English (make sure you have 100 yen coins to pay, there's no change machine) l would definitely stay here again.

Hotel Pacific Kanazawa—we stayed for one night. The hotel is very well located. The staff is very friendly and professional. The room offers the basics; it is small, but there are two downsides: the bathroom is uncomfortably small, and the mattresses are not comfortable. Aside from that, it is a hotel that was definitely worth booking.

The hotel staff were lovely and very accommodating. The room was spotless and we had a clean set of towels and nightwear for each day which was amazing. Those small touches really stand out when you have been travelling for 3 weeks already. The coffee from the cafe was probably the best I've had in Japan, great cappuccino. It was within walking distance to everything we wanted to see and had some brilliant eating spots close by.
