Step away from Shinsaibashisuji and Dotonbori, very convenient to shop and eat. The staff are very friendly too, we dropped off the luggage before check in time, and they helped us bring it into our room after we came back later.

The location is right next to the train station next to the AEON mall. The carpet was clean and the room was spacious unlike most of the Japanese hotels with small rooms. The staff were very polite and kind. I had the breakfast and the food was pretty good too. I was very satisfied.

I had a wonderful experience here. The staff was very helpful throughout our stay. It is close to the station making the city very accessible via bus routes. There is plenty of shopping and restaurants around as well.
