The ANA Crowne Plaza was a great place to stay! Staff went out of their way to make us feel welcome. Great view from our room, and although the property is a but dated, it is meticulously and lovingly maintained. Our room had a full bathtub and some great free amenities to relax… bath salts, eye masks, and teas replenished daily. Highly recommended. Right y the train station and so many shops and restaurants!

It was a nice size room. There were so many electric plugs. The breakfast had many choices. The air-conditioning worked perfectly, it was a very hot humid outside. I enjoyed here. The next trip to Japan, I will definitely stay here. Thank you

Cigarette smoke in the three different rooms.

Had to use three different rooms because of cigarette smoke ingress. I eventually sealed the bathroom vent up and that solved our problem. Kept telling staff where the smoke was coming from. They really didn’t want to hear about it.. asked if anyone else complained about the smoke he said no. Reading different reviews on the hotel there were smoke related issues. Breakfast was very good and staff Overall we’re good. The hotel seemed a little old. Because of the smoke issue, I would not stay there again. I was on the 16th floor facing front or the street.

The ANA Crowne Plaza is an excellent conveniently located next to the Kanazawa Station business hotel. We staid one night when traveling through Kanazawa. We enjoyed dinner at the Japanese restaurant because of very good and the view at a Japanese garden. Our room was clean. Parking was provided underneath the hotel. Staff was helpful & friendly.
