Absolutely loved every minute of our vacation stay! This 5-star resort is perfect for those trying to relax and enjoy the beauty of the big island. The waterfalls and lush grounds just make you feel like you’ve escaped to Eden. So many nice touches we couldn’t even name them. The club level is worth every penny! The hotel left a positive impression — very clean, well-maintained grounds, and polite staff. The location is beautiful, and the beach is calm and great for swimming. On the downside, there are no umbrellas on the beach, which can be uncomfortable under the strong sun; the hotel feels a bit dated; and there are no activities or entertainment on site, which could make the stay more engaging.

Every member of the staff was so friendly and kind. When they found out we we were celebrating our anniversary, they surprised us with chocolate covered strawberries and wine. My daughters and I loved seeing the sea turtles every day. This place is truly magical.
