“Overall a good hotel, probably give it 4 stars not 5. Reception could do with reading customer payment situation better, waiter in restaurant not knowing the dishes and looking confused when asked to check (this is a cust serv training issue). Another issue with 2 cleaning staff members not understanding basic English cleaning instructions. One saving grace was the excellent barman initial 'D' who really did the place justice.”

“Has no lobby, staff are rude, check in process to around 1 hour. Completely over priced and not worth. Don’t stay at this accommodation ”
