Apart-hoteles en Kampung Selayang Pandang

“Check in process was terrible. The Property was supposed to send me my room number and check-in information prior to my arrival and they never did. I arrived around 11:30 PM to the property and there was nobody at the front desk to check me in. I had to rent a hotel room for the night till they staff at this property. We’re back at the Front Desk around 11 AM next morning. This was a huge inconvenience and a lot of money.”

“The property is old and in not good condition. THe good thing is that the property is close to good transportation means.”

“ I had a wonderful stay at Majestic Residence. The room was clean and comfortable, the location was convenient, and the staff were friendly and helpful throughout my stay. The check-in process was smooth. I would be happy to come back again and will definitely recommend Majestic Residence to my friends and family. 😊😊”

“Terrible experience with both Hotels.com and MyKey. I booked a homestay two weeks in advance via Hotels.com for a 4-day stay while my mom was undergoing surgery nearby. Received check-in details and even a video—everything seemed confirmed. But when I arrived at 8PM, I was told *there was no room*. The staff claimed they had stopped working with Hotels.com and had asked to be removed, but nothing was done. Worst part? No one contacted me to cancel or warn me. I was left stranded late at night...

“Pretty gd and will book again if i'm back in Genting :)”

“This was an excellent room for our trip! It was very spacious and clean with great customer service from the staff side.”
