“Parking ok”

“Pretty gd and will book again if i'm back in Genting :)”

“1 of the best accommodation i stayed in genting. Communication was prompt via whatsapp. Location wise about 20 min walk to sky avenue. Very clean, comfy with nice view. Minor negatives : leaky shower head and lack place to hang towels. Filtered drinking water provided. Got microwave and washer drier which we never use. Fast wifi.”

“There are kitchen cabinets but nothing apart from a kettle and 2-3 cups. Would appreciate a microwave or some plates and forks and knifes”

“There is trash everywhere and level 1 f lift door”

“No toilet paper. Unit has moldy air conditioning units. Couldn’t sleep in bedroom. Checkin process was terrible. Self checkin which took 45 minutes”

“stopover ist es ok. sehr freundliche Mitarbeiter”

“We had a pleasant 3D2N stay at Swiss-Garden Hotel & Residences. One of the highlights was being allowed to check in early (subject to availability during the day) which we really appreciated. Breakfast offered a good variety of choices, and the staff were friendly, willing to refill food, and housekeeping did a good job making up the room and offer more drinking water. “La mejor opción, calidad relación precio para un fin de semana.”

“The communication with the host was pathetic and their were no clear direction regarding checkin. You basically go outside besides road side and get your key card. The room was okay but the Bedsheets had yellow stains and they looked dirty. Mattress would give you backache for sure. Avoid if possible.”

“The breakfast options were quite limited, and food items were frequently not replenished unless specifically requested by guests. To make matters worse, the coffee machine was out of order, with management attributing it to peak season wear — an excuse that falls short of the standards expected at this level. Overall, the property does not quite live up to its 4-star rating. The one saving grace is its convenient location. For those seeking a genuinely superior experience, The Chateau nearby is...

“Ants all over the beds. Very poor higiene Staff was concerned to just get additional money. They even were insisting to pay the Tourism Tax which was included in prepaid tariff and as per Expedia confirmation email. VERY DIRTY AND UNFRIENDLY PLACE ”

“Room was cleaned and ambients was great. Only thing was price was slightly higher, limited food options at the mall. Could attract more guest if price was more adjusted for sure because no it was a residence with no room service. Enjoy the stay nevertheless”

“There is a major difference between budget and cheap and this property can only be described as cheap and neglected! The entire expierience isn’t worth 10% of the price paid!”
