“Good staff nd clean room”

“Small room no windows and very noisy place”

“No lift, only staircase.Inconvinien for old folk or with heavy luggage if you stay lvl 3. 1st glance of room looks ok. But later found small cockroach in the room. Also a small insect on bed sheet. And also, there is small ants on the wall and table. Room is spacious with window for superior type. The toilet layout is strange that need 3 steps on it.Poor sound proof. Wont be return if have a choice.”

Check-in gave me a torn, cracked electronic key that looked like it survived a war, a divorce, and a washing machine. Sanjay seemed nice, then showed his true face. Kids played outside our room all night; repeated calls to the front desk did nothing. I couldn't sleep at all. "Guest services" apparently means silence is optional. Amenities? None. Wi-Fi...
