“I stayed at the property for 12 days so I got to see and experience the hotel on another level. The hotel is dated they try to keep up with modern appearance, but it shows in the rooms. When I arrived the safe in my room wasn’t working but they fixed it immediately. The bed in my room needs to be replaced badly, so uncomfortable the longer I slept on it. The staff were super nice all of them never had a bad interaction. My main complaint would be housekeeping and mainly the person who came on...

“Hotel muy cerca de Gaya street y Jesselton Point. Excelente ubicación, las instalaciones están algo descuidadas pero la habitación muy limpia y ordenada. Desayuno no muy bueno pero hay opciones para escoger. En general una estancia cómoda y agradable para un fin de semana.”

“I like this hotel very much. The room is spacious for the 2 of us. The beds, room and corridors are clean. The hotel is still being upgrading but we are not affected in anyway. The upgrading has improved the ambience. Buffet breakfast is also good. The location is so convenient for walking to Imago mall and the waterfront. But it’s really too hot for walking. So Grab is cooler!! Also the staff at front desk is so helpful and polite. Recommended 👍”
