“Es un hotel precioso, en un entorno especial. Cada cliente tiene asignada una casa tradicional decorada de la época. Piscina muy bonita, por la noche la rodean con velas. La comida es muy buena, el desayuno perfecto y muy completo. Contratamos en el pueblo una excursión para ver las luciérnagas, un bonito paseo nocturno rodeados de estrellas y luciérnagas. ”

“It was quite dissapointing that we were late for check-in, but there was not anyone from hotel staff that would have contacted us to keep in the touch. In fact, when we were about an hour journey to arrive at the hotel, the receptionist called to let us know that she'll be out of shift soon and will just leave the room key by the reception counter. I find this very rude as a customer to be treated this way. The hotel management itself should have a replacement staff for the shift changing time...
