Hotel room was spacious and clean with a lovely balcony; but above all, the staff were extremely friendly and very helpful. Would definitely stay at this hotel again if we are ever back in Vienna.

Convenient location. Toilet bowl full of damage/scratch marks. Shower was doorless/screenless, which was troublesome - had to face the glass at an awkward angle to prevent water from splashing out. Expensive for few amenities, and only 1 free bottle of water.

Super elegant and comfortable. The hotel is 20 minutes away walking from the main amenities on either side (palaces, and the town centre), but about 5 if you take public transportation. Room was a tad smaller than expected, but it is indeed a fabulous hotel!
