This hotel is fantastic. Great easy location quite rooms with amazing views of the mountains and city. Emmanuel and his team are all friendly and extremely attentive. The food was delicious. Rooms are comfortable while standard familiar hotel amenities. I would highly recommend!

The Golden Tulip, Kampala is a well run hotel, Clean comfortable rooms, excellent staff throughout. DIning was great with a wide choice of options. Breakfast was also excellent.

Well the staff including Paul, Shawit, Kokob, Moses and Joshua, were absolutely fantastic. They made my stay absolutely memorable. The rooms were spotless, and breakfast options were incredible. Overall, I had an amazing time. 😊

The property is clean and well managed. Breakfast is also delicious. There are two aspects that could benefit from improvement: firstly, the receptionists could benefit from training to enhance their customer service and friendliness; and secondly, similar to other services, the gym hours could be extended until 11 pm.

Hotel seems tired.

The Golden Tulip needs a good revamp. Seems like a tired hotel with stale music playing in lobby. Breakfast was quite sad with limited options and flies on food. Room seemed tired looking again. Good location but hotel needs a major burst of energy pumped back into kt.
