The hotel is nicely appointed but there are some rough edges to sort out. E.g., frequent (but brief) power blackouts, slow wait staff in the restaurant, laundry that takes 2 days instead of the promised 1 day, a room safe that suddenly stopped recognizing the code, and cleaning staff that unnecessarily replaced soaps I had used only once but never replaced the washcloth that they took away.
