The staff were pleasant and friendly, and happy to check me in. in the room was well kept it’s taken care of and overall it has a really good vibe. I absolutely recommend staying here, it’s brand new, but it’s well taken care of comfortable quiet and everything you need for good nights sleep

Motel was okay. Bed grated every time you moved, not sure what kind of bed it was as to tired to check it out. Room was okay, tile floors were very cold to walk on barefoot. Limited parking so had to park away from the room. Would rate 3/5

Ended up getting a refund 10 minutes after checking in, the room had stains on the wall (brown stains, probably coffee but resembled blood) dirt in the grout and smelled like cat pee.

The price on expedia was not honoured. The tv was so old shows were distorted hooked up to new cable box. Washroom should have been cleaned better. I would not recommended this place.

On a positive note, the staff was friendly and accommodating when we ask for something. The property is very old and therefore difficult to clean and it was not. We stayed for two nights. There were no clean towels provided and the garbage was not emptied. The coffee pot didn't work and there was no hair blower.

Some of the in-room amenities (electrical outlets) didn't work, room had multiple smelly fridges, and general condition of property was poor (broken glass and garbage scattered onsite).

The receptionist was a nice gentleman. Once we paid and got the key, we went straight to the room. The coffee maker had not been changed since last user. Toilet door when you closed it (although it could not fully closed) was so filthy with dried material on the walls (blood, feces who knows?) the toilet bowl was not properly cleaned, it was a dark green so a bit hard to see, the wall where the toilet paper was filthy and the shower curtain was moldy. The worst stay ever, the bed covers were dirty but the linen although you could see through were clean...too tired to complain....went to complain the next day but there was a note that said they did not open until 9am just to leave the key. Very disappointing stay! Never again! It is a shame as we go to Kamloops from time to time to visit relatives.

It was advertised to have a pool and it didn’t the room I had had a ceiling fan that swing so hard that it was just ready to fall off they had duck tape on the inside of the doors of the fridge to active shelves the TV in the bedroom did not work and I couldn’t get get a refund for two days that I did not spend there the cleaner works very hard with what he’s got I even wash the walls in the floors and check the beds for bedbugs so I did a lot of stuff for them as well
