Really lovely vintage hotel with all the modern amenities. It has the original oak panelled lift lovingly maintained and updated. Well located close to pubs and restaurants. Parking was good for a low fee.

The hotel itself was absolutely beautiful. The old heritage of this hotel was very cute and reminded me of what an older hotel looks like. But the restaurant was not great the servers were great, very friendly. But the food was terrible.

My family of 2 people passed by Kamloops city, and stopped there for 1 night. This building with 100 years history, it looks luxurious. The convenient location where is in the center of downtown and the staff who works in front desk,Neha was really great, I appreciated very much for her help! I strongly recommend the hotel for tourists.
