I appreciate having a centrally located hotel that is pet friendly. The breakfast room being. On a second floor is not accessible, and was disappointing.

Great little hotel. Clean, comfortable beds. Pillows were too thick, one thicker and one thinner pillow would have been ideal.

Liked: Staff & service
Our room was pet friendly and i guess thats why it smelled VERY strongly of dog and the previous guests B.O. I feel like there was no effort to freshen the space at all. The rooms land line had no cord connecting it to the outlet, so if we needed something we had to walk all the was to the front desk. Staff were nice enough. All in all it was a 3 day stay for over $700 and it was not worth the $$.

The staff were friendly and check in was quick. However, our room was never cleaned in the 4 days we were there. The staff came in emptied the trash and replaced the towels and that was it. Our beds were never made, the bathroom was not cleaned and the room was not vaccumed. Signs indicated that the sheets would be changed every three days, that did not happen. The beds are comfortable, but soft. The location was good for what we wanted and the casino was in walking distance. Breakfast was continental (toast, yogurt, waffles, hard boiled eggs).
