Staff were great but the hotel is old and needs some care! Our room was loud with old Aircon, an ice machine outside. The shower was awful and I couldn't get hot water in the sink. Overall it's seen better days and the parking should be free. But the staff went above and beyond

Great hotel and perfect location , walking distance to restaurants and shops , Lobby was great and welcoming , the room was big but the bathroom was compact to say the least , also none of the USB outlets in the room worked , the pool and jacuzzi are outdoors as well .

We had an excellent experience staying here during our short trip to Kamloops. The reception staff were exceptionally helpful and friendly. The hotel itself was superb in the facilities it offered. I will highly recommend this place to stay for anyone planning a trip to Kamloops. I would definitely stay here again on my next visit to Kamloops as it’s very convenient due to its central location from Downtown.

I'm in a power wheelchair and I booked a wheelchair accessible room. I found the room was a tight fit and the bed was a too soft king bed and too low, which made it very hard to get out of. The toilet was too low which also made it hard to get off of. If you could have a seat riser available would be a help.Thank you for the great service throughout the hotel. I did like the shower as it was easily accessible. Thank you for your consideratiom of this matter, Bradley Jack
