the room was clean, and the staff were very friendly both on checking in and checking out. the hotel is in a very good spot with several amenities in walking distance and the pool is wonderful. this is our third time staying, and we won’t stay anywhere else in kamloops.

Amazing Stay & Exceptional Hospitality! I had such a wonderful experience at Accent Inns Kamloops! The room was spotless, comfortable, and well-maintained, and the staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming. Everything about my stay was fantastic! What truly made this experience special was the kindness shown even after I checked out. I accidentally left an item behind, and when I reached out, the team went above and beyond to retrieve it and mail it back to me. To my surprise, they even included adorable stickers and the cutest little rubber ducky! 🐥💛 It’s those thoughtful little gestures that make a lasting impression. I genuinely appreciate the care, kindness, and effort the team put into making my experience so memorable. Thank you, Accent Inns Kamloops, for going above and beyond!
