We initially had a heating problem in the first room so they gave us a new room. Then the tv wouldn’t work properly so they came and fixed but we could only get one channel, PBS. Toilet seat was broken. The room was clean but old and tired looking. Needs totally renovated. Noisey from upstairs and outside. Staff were friendly and tried their best. Bed was clean and comfortable.

The restaurant was great, food was delicious! The bed was comfortable, nothing to write home about. We requested to habe another towel as there was only 1 in the room, after being told it would be brought to our room we still ended up going to collect them ourselves after 20 minutes. Otherwise it was a comfy place to lay our head before heading to Vancouver

The outside of the building is deceiving as the condition of the room was excellent and up to date. It was very clean and the service was excellent. We came to Kamloops for a medical appointment and were given a discount. Would definitely stay again.
