The food at the restaurants was amazing. The staff were friendly & helpful. We had some issues with the cleanliness of the room. I saw a few roaches in my bathroom & one at the breakfast buffet. We also had towels in our room with stains on them. Otherwise it was nice

The hotel is not the same, apparently it’s not the season now, so half of the restaurants and hotel was shut down, elevators didn’t work so we had to carry stroller with a baby half of the time in our hands because all of the stairs, chasing for food with 2 little kids was too much…. Very very and very disappointed, they have let ppl know in advance that there is construction going on and when you try to put baby for a nap you can hear banging and drilling, staff didn’t seem to be concerned at all… we would never go back again, please advertise to ppl that you don’t operate normally because it is not the season and offer discounts!! One of the days there were 3 slides open out of 10, that’s not ok.
