Great location and about 15 mins walk to the town center. We booked the Heritage rooms which had an old world charm with great views. The service was excellent and the staff extremely hospitable. Overall, a really good stay.

Nice historical location

Beautiful hotel with spacious and confortable rooms. Personnel is also very friendly. There is only 2 dowsides: the restaurant had almost nothing available (wrt menu) and the hotel is little bit far from city center (20 min by walk). Bit overall I recommand this hotel.

All the staff were very friendly and helpful. We struggled with water pressure, the shower was quite weak. It is a 20minute walk into town or get a taxi.

The room was clean. However, the toilet was not up to the mark. Water was leaking from wash basin and made the floor slippery and wet. Water from bath area had no guided outlet. It was flowing to the drain after making entire bath room wet. As a result going to the commode area was difficult as one has to walk over fully wet floor. Sterling Park management must renovate the toilet fully and ensure that these problems are totally taken care of.
