We were woken up too a loud noise, at around 1 am to banging doors and people being loud and couldn't get back to sleep , and i had to attend my Daughter's wedding that morning. I would like to get some of my money back cause we only stay 1 night and paid for 2.

All in all it was good just one desk person(older female) was rude but she got better. Washing machine not working I came for grandson's graduation and was doing a lot of work so I was looking forward to getting in the hot tub in the evening but it did not work and was dirty. The property was very clean.

0/10. I had an out of town event about 2 hours from home so I booked and prepaid a room for Friday night. While on my way, I called to confirm my room was a double queen. The woman from the front desk confirmed and said you’re all set. When I arrived, at 9:30PM the young girl at the front desk said we’re overbooked and there’s nothing we can do for you. Horrible customer service and very RUDE. I wouldn’t recommend this crackden of a hotel to my worst enemy. And I still have not been refunded.

We couldn’t even stay here. It was extremely dirty, everything seemed to be broken or falling apart, the area and other customers seemed unsafe, and I was not comfortable even taking my daughter out of her car seat. We walked in and walked right back out. Everything was very dusty/dirty, the toilet didn’t really work, most of the paint and trim was either missing or gone, no certifications in the elevator, one of the room doors had a piece of sheet metal covering a hole instead of the hotel actually replacing the door, and the pool/hot tub was down. I’ve literally never seen a hotel this dirty and gross. The receptionist was super sweet, don’t remember her name! Everything else was honestly horrible. We had to get a different hotel.

Elevator was out of order. First room we were placed in was filthy. Stuck to the floors stuff all over the tv. Spots on the couch. Second room clean, except for bathroom. We were left a present in the toilet. Property is lacking and needs upgrades. There was not a continental breakfast as promoted.
