Excellent hospitality and comfort

Once again, I enjoyed excellent hospitality and comfort. I recommend booking a massage and a visit to the sauna in advance, as they seem to be quite popular among the guests. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. Highly recommended!

Excellent choice if you wish to stay in the city! Clean, spacious and modern rooms. Very helpful and pleasant staff. Breakfast exceeded my expectations, fresh orange juice was a cherry on the top. Great location in city center. Breakfast ok in foyer. Free parking 100m away. Very good matrasses. Good terrace to enjoy atmosfere outside. Just a little bit more room to store our clothes (just simple hooks behind the door f.ex) would have been fine. Shower has no curtain however would have been nice.

I stayed at the IRAHPA Hotel in central Kalamata and found it a comfortable, straightforward place to stay. The location is excellent, the hotel is clean, and the staff are friendly and helpful. The room is simple but functional and suited for one or two people. The bed was comfortable, there was space for my things, and it stayed quiet. My view was mostly the wall of another building. Breakfast was nice, with some Greek options and a pleasant seating area by the windows. The breakfast hostess, a delightful lady from Montreal, was warm and gracious. A couple of quirks: as is typical in this part of Greece, toilet paper and sanitary items cannot go in the toilet—they go in a small bin nearby. Some design choices felt awkward, such as the hairdryer plugged into an outlet right above the hand-soap dispenser, making the soap hard to use. The hotel provided complementary water plus a welcome gift of wine and local snacks. At checkout they kindly stored my bag for several hours while I explored the city.Overall, IRAHPA isn’t flashy or especially impressive, but it’s clean, comfortable, well-located, and the staff are genuinely helpful. A reliable, simple base with a good breakfast.

First, I would like to say thank you to the receptionist who welcomed us on the day of our arrival, 16/6/26. They were very cheerful, helpful, and made us feel welcome from the start. On our second day of stay, one of the receptionist kindly recommended some places for us to visit, which we really loved. All of the staff were lovely, friendly, and helpful — truly the best. A special mention also to the chef who prepared our breakfast every morning: it was healthy and delicious. My husband and I especially loved the homemade cakes, the Greek food, and the scrambled eggs, which tasted like proper fresh eggs with no powdered mix added. The hotel itself is great, accessible, and in a very convenient location. The amenities were also very good for us. My only small criticism is that the room felt a little too small for a couple, and with the bed facing the door, we kept banging our legs because there wasn’t much space. As an Expedia Platinum member, I also appreciated the thoughtful gesture, although unfortunately I didn’t get a chance to enjoy the wine as I don’t drink alcohol. Overall, we had a very lovely stay and would like to thank everyone for their kindness and hospitality.
