“La limpieza de la habitacion pésima, tenia telarañas, entraban insectos por debajo de la puerta ... Lo peor el baño: ducha sin separación fisica del inodoro... Todo el lavabo lleno de agua cuando intentabas ducharte...Hotel con más estrellas de las que merece... Atención pésima de la recepcionista a la que le explicamos el problema... Solo se salva la atención de Evi nos hizo todo más fácil...”

“Great to have a pool right outside our balcony. Entertainment staff were great for kids and adults. Kids enjoyed kids club. Bar staff and range of drinks was excellent although cups of 250mil for a beer meant you had to order 2 at a time! Food in restaurant was good but it was the same for every lunch and dinner (bar a couple of sauce changes) so got a bit repetitive and we ate out a few days. Hotel in a great location for other restaurants and bars. Water park was fantastic for kids and adults....

“The room was nice at first glance but because the jacuzzi is in the room, everything felt damp, the bed sheets felt damp all our clothes smelled musty in the morning, and the floors were wet and mirrors were all fogged up. It seems like a great and cool idea to have a jacuzzi right there, but it was pretty gross in the room because of it. ”

“Beim ersten Mal war ich enttäuscht: Ich bekam ein anderes Zimmer als das, das auf den Buchungsfotos abgebildet war. Die Rezeption schob die Schuld auf Expedia. Angeblich gäbe es den gleichen Zimmertyp in verschiedenen Ausführungen. Das Zimmer, das wir schließlich bekamen, war zwar auch in der Kategorie Junior Suite, aber ich hatte ein Zimmer mit direktem Meerblick, ohne Nachbarn auf dem Balkon und mit einem großen Badezimmer mit zwei Waschbecken gebucht, in dem sich zwei Personen gleichzeitig...
