駅から歩くと少しだけ遠いのがデメリット。 ただ、ホテル内は綺麗で、スタッフの対応も良かった。 また、露天風呂もあってゆっくり入れるし、上がった後は無料のアイスを食べることができる点が魅力的だった。 朝食は絶対につけた方が良い。うなぎのご飯を食べることができる！

掛川で泊まるのはここしかないでしょう！

二度目の利用ですが、温泉も設備もサービスも文句なし。唯一合わないのは枕の硬さでした。でもこれは個人まちまちなので、総合的には大変よかったです。

夜鳴きそばがいつ食べても美味しい （今回特に作ってくださる方の笑顔がとてもよかったです） 最上階の露天風呂は水質もよく、いつ入浴しても清潔が保たれていたし、清掃の方も皆さん挨拶してくださって感じがよかった。
