“I showed up to the hotel and the owner was unaware of my booking, states that a previous owner has been keeping the hotel on the website and collecting the money. I had to then pay again to stay at this hotel. The pool is being reconstructed so we couldn’t use it. don’t book with hotels.com it’s a scam”

“The location is wrong there are no buildings and no guests house ”

“hotels.com has no relationship with this property, and they will take your money and confirm your booking without actually communicating with the Kips Eco Resort. It’sa great place to stay but you need to book directly with them (phone or email)”

“Fair for money, staff are good ”

“Hellenis Guest House is well managed. The staff is courteous and helpful. I would return again. Good value.”

“I wish to let you know that the hotel was over booked and upto today. They have never refunded me my money. I was stranded in the middle of the night. ”
