Everyone was very helpful but when i asked for English breakfast tea at breakfast, there was none with no attempt to find some. However, dinner was very good with great service from clearly 2 overworked waitresses. The pool and views most welcome. Kettle in the room would be welcome.

Ich bin das 3. Mal hier um meine Verwandten zu besuchen. Das Hotel ist von der Anlage her sehr schön. Das Bett war super, das Zimmer toll eingerichtet. Ich finde es toll, dass es immer noch die kleinen Accessoires für die Körperpflege gibt. Gut finde ich auch, dass die Reinigung abgemeldet werden kann. Hier einen kleinen Rabatt - gibt es in anderen Hotels - zu geben, wäre ein Vorschlag von mir. Das Frühstücksbuffet ist super. Da steckt täglich sehr viel Liebe drin.

Die Unterkunft konnten wir bereits am Vormittag beziehen. Leider war in dem Zimmer keine Klimatisierung vorhanden. Daher war unser nächtlicher Schlaf nicht besondets gut. Die Betten waren gut. Leider konnte weder das Frühsück noch das Abendessen auf der Terrasse eingenommen werden obwohl das Wetter dazu sehr einladend war. Das Abendessen war sehr gut, jedoch die Auswahl an Speisen sehr beschränkt. Das Personal war sehr aufmerksam, freundlich und zuvorkommend.

Der Wellnessbereich ist halt vorhanden aber wird nicht betreut. Die liegen am Pool muss man sich eigenständig mit Auflagen bestücken, wenn genügend vorhanden sind.

Das Personal an der Rezeption war bei der Ankunft leider unfreundlich. Trotz schriftlicher Bestätigung einer Mailanfrage wurde ziemlich respektlos mit mir gesprochen. Dies hat sich auf das Erholungsgefühl ausgewirkt. Der Aufenthalt war von kurzer Dauer…daher ein mangelhafter Erholungswert aufgrund des Ärgernisses.
