There was no heat in the rooms. No one at the front desk even after calling multiple times. I came downstairs and they said the manager would be in at 8am, that was no true. The manager does not come to work on Sunday. There was no WiFi, no one informed me prior to my arrival. The restaurant menu didn’t have anything available except for pizza. The tablet to communicate in the room did not work either. I will not be returning.

The location was really quiet, parking spaces could have been better when arriving late in the evening. Dishes regarding selection were quite ok.

Not a good stay.

I was very disappointed that I didn’t get a room with AC. I stayed in the hotel for four days. Total a fan wasn’t available until the last night.. I also found a bug crawling in the bed that I killed then I found another one crawling by my head when I woke up the next morning on the bed. Tick or bed bug. They need to move the beds and vacuum under the beds and clean the carpet. They also need to clean the bathrooms thoroughly. If you want a room with AC you need to book directly with Best Western. If you go through hotels.com you will not get the AC or a refrigerator.. and they cannot change your room to a room with AC or with a refrigerator.

Gerne wieder

Ich bin schon direkt an der Rezeption super freundlich empfangen worden, was sich in der Bar und beim Frühstück fortsetzte. Ein bisschen lockerer Smalltalk war auch mit dabei. Das Zimmer / Bad war sehr sauber, das Bett sehr bequem. Der Weg in die Sauna ein bisschen weit, lohnt sich aber auf jeden Fall. Ich habe mich bei dem Aufenthalt im BW rundum wohl gefühlt.Gerne wieder.

Breakfast buffet was fantastic! One recommedation for the rooms: install USB cable charging ports. This will allow international travelers to charge their phones without having to also bring a bulky electrical adapter plug.

Ein Zimmer, das in die Jahre gekommen ist, kein Safe Ausstattung aus den achtziger Jahren und das ganze noch mit einer Geräuschbelästigung mit einem Summen die ganze Nacht lang. Man konnte nur mit Uhr stöpseln schlafen. Am Morgen habe ich das ganze der Rezeption mitgeteilt, aber die junge Dame und haben das einfach ohne eine Reaktion zur Kenntnis.

Preisleistung stimmt nicht.

Das Zimmer war sehr klein und abgewohnt. Ein zu schmale Dusche in einem sehr kleinen Bad. Bei Ankunft war Zimmer kalt. Es gab nur einen Heizkörper im Bad, mit dem man das ganze Zimmer wärmen musste. Das Frühstück fand in einer Art Kantine statt, wo es sehr dünnen Kaffee gab. Auswahl an Speisen war reichlich beim Frühstück. Räumlichkeit, jedoch sehr hellhörig und laut.
