This unit had everything we needed for a comfortable stay from the big washer and dryer to all the gear for a fun day at the beach. We used the pool every day and watched several beautiful sunsets from Magic Sands beach, directly across the street. We had a maintenance need during our stay and management was right on top of it and had great communication.

Great property across from an amazing (but crowded) beach. Dream location if you want the beach, but not necessarily the town. Great pool onsite and plenty of places to wash off sand on the property. Only dislike was that the thermostat was locked and it was too cold for me.

Nice quiet place for me and the family. We loved the pool and going places was easy! Check in was a little nerve racking because it’s all through email and text but it went smoothly. Everyone staying there and those who are residents were very nice!

The place is good and as advertised, steps away from magic sands beach. We had a great time. I am only giving it 3.5 stars because of the painful check-in process and a few other minor details. I was scheduled to check-in at 4:00pm. I arrived around 2:30pm and started looking for my check-in instructions and I couldn’t find them. They failed to send me the instructions email 24 hour prior my check-in. It took me a while to find their customer service contact info but I found it and I called. I got two different emails from Grand Welcome, one was an e-sign agreement and the other a guest verification notification requiring action. I was able to e-sign without an issue but the guest verification email had a link to a Truvi website where I supposed to complete a bunch of steps. I was half way through the process when I was prompted to login and enter a password that I didn’t have because I don’t have an account. It was a painful hour and a half of back and forth under 80 degrees weather and poor reception. We had a great time. As advertised, the place is within walking distance from beautiful magic sands beach. We also enjoyed their pool and hot tub. They have plenty of cookware that we were able to use and save money by not having to eat out. However, I feel like they can improve minor details. For instance, we were a party of six and we ran out of toilet paper the last day. Another issue I has was the bed. It made loud noise with any minimum movement.
