The front desk lady was amazing, they let us check in early, and then they also gave us two free drink tickets, the pool staff was amazing as well. Our room attendants also cleaned our room very well, we appreciated it, the AC was amazing. Overall what a wonderful stay

I like that I can hear the ocean from my room and its really relaxing when you're trying to get some nice sleep. The pool area is a great spot to relax. It's near restaurants and it sits in Ali drive. Its a good home base at Kona.

Great room and view!! AC was very nice to have, balcony view amazing. The restaurant was very goood. Only downside is it was very loud st night due to partying downtown and not an easy spot within the hotel to get coffee in the morning. The luau was very fun!! Recommend.

Room was clean, the ac worked great, the staff was friendly and helpful! I wish the room had a microwave and that the room was a touch more sound proof. I love the sound of the waves , but I'm a light sleeper and it was a bit too loud even with my headphones.

The hotel was just okay, it seemed a bit old-fashioned, and they're trying to update it. Last night, we had issues with the AC, so we had to switch rooms. We ended up with a sea view, which was amazing! The pool lady was super nice and sweet, so overall, it was a good stay.

It is one of the cheaper resorts in Kona. Very close to a lot of restaurants and bars. The room is bit old though. The outside is going through renovations so could be loud in the morning.
