The property was clean and had great extra amenities such as lots of fresh towels, coolers, beach chairs, an umbrella, and a boogie board. The hosts were very helpful and the location is impossible to beat. Right across from a great beach, a restaurant, and bike rentals to get around Ali'i drive. I would absolutely stay here again!

Had some issue with getting the door code but also missed the email about signing the waiver. Once everything was fixed we enjoywd our stay very much. Clean apartment and a perfect location. The sunsets were amazing. Perfect homebase for our week on the big island. Weekends can get loud with people enjoying magic sands beach. We would stay here again!

This is an amazing location to stay for the convenience of going to the beach. It is a high traffic area and can be noisy up to 8 PM during the week and 10 PM on the weekends. Very close to Magics Restaurant. The condo has the basic needs and has some beach chairs, umbrella and coolers. The front door is challenging to open but everything else was good.

A little bit of paradise

Nice location for beach access and snorkeling at Pāhoehoe Park. E-bike rental next door. Restaurant across street. Nice ocean breeze and the birds will wake you up every morning. Nice kicking trails near by. Would like to return on our next trip to the island.

The only reason I didn’t give this place five stars is because it doesn’t have an AC unit and I like to sleep in the cool air my own fault. It says it doesn’t have one.

The location can't be beat since Magic Sands is our favorite spot. It's directly across the street for the morning dip in the ocean. We loved the Hawaiian reggae music that you can hear from across the street but I could see some people wanting a more quiet night on the lanai. Only problem was the temperature in the place. It was hot and I bought us a cheap air conditioner from Walmart but there was no good window to put it in. Since hot air comes out the back, half the place was bearable and the other half was to hot. At night, leaving the doors open with the screens locked helped.

It was a nicely renovated property, but no A/C only ceiling and floor fans. There was a portable window a/c in the closet, but no where to put it. The shampoo & conditioner were very watered down and we wound up purchasing our own. Bedroom window screens had some holes and one side lever was broken/didn't open or close.
