Owner very responsive. Provided cooler and beach items. Great location. Only negative is the carpet is old and the couch is near needing replaced but otherwise great condo. We would stay again.

Property was close enough to Kailua and the beaches if we wanted to be in the town, but far enough that we enjoyed the quietness of the area around the property. It will fully stocked, clean, and comfortable. will probably book again on our next trip to Kona. I highly recommend it. Loved the 2 lanai's and the view is amazing!
