The property shows a lack of maintenance. Carpet is worn. Walls are dented. Very limited parking.

It is very old in appearance and feel. The staff is very helpful but the hotel needs a face lift. For instance, the wicker on the desk chair has holes and webbing that is in shambles.

Staff was very helpful and friendly!
The outside courtyard was absolutely beautiful! The outside grounds were well kept. The carpet inside the halls and rooms was not clean, we were uncomfortable going without footwear.

Only got to stay one night because we were leaving for a cruise but I wish we could have stayed longer! Beautiful views! Very nice staff!

Very dirty, hallway carpets smelled like urine n stains...very bad service, had to request for room service everyday explicitly.poor quality. Not maintained well. Waste of money.
