Absolutely wonderful stay. There are so many excursions available for the family. We stayed in the oceanfront bungalows. Room was fabulous, had our own parking for the rental car. We rented bikes and rode the trails, a map was provided. The pools are ridiculously cold and need to be heated. There is a hidden jacuzzi by the Sunset bar and that was lukewarm. The beach amenities were great. Food was good at Alilea and Yamaguchi sp? We drove to food trucks Tanaka Farms and Romy's for garlic shrimp. Really good at Tanaka farms. Didn't want to wait the 45 mins for Romy's. The Polynesian Center was an awesome experience, I would recommend upgrading to the buffet. Food was excellent with lots of choices. Overall the hotel was clean and huge. Our Bungalow hosts were exceptional, especially Foia! Really enjoyed the experience and will plan to return with more family!

An exceptional property on the island of Oahu. A different experience compared to Waikiki or Ko Olina. Best features are that the resort and grounds are breathtakingly beautiful and clean. It has recently undergone a renovation and it is just picturesque and pristine. It was a common site to see all entrants taking pictures of the view. As far as first impressions go, this is unparalleled. Check in smooth and friendly. All requests were accommodated. Room exceptionally clean. We received a complimentary upgrade and the ocean view was impressive. All staff friendly. Room cleaning was meticulous and exceeded all expectations. We went March 2024. Never had any problems getting pool chairs or beach chairs as long as your party is not too big. Dining options are limited even if there are multiple restaurants. I would recommend making reservations for dinners as we did see some people get turned away. No close restaurants off property. Lobby dining was our favourite with the sushi selection. You need a car. End of statement. Just rent a car. The car sharing service with the rentable Teslas are very expensive. Overall, amazing. Very pricey. Well worth it, but definitely not for all budgets.
