There were cockroaches and ants, the floor in the bedroom was disgusting. The kitchen and bathrooms were well set up. With a little tlc i could recommend this place.

Turtle bay was beautiful as always. Condo suffered. Carpet in bedroom smells and needs to be replaced. Dirt marks on refrigerator. Screen to lanai was broken, wheels need to be replaced. Furniture on lanai was rusty. Wasnt looking for a stocked kitchen but there was zero in the way of salt, pepper, any spices.not used to that.
