Very new and super clean, it is operated by the hotel near the station, so it is very clean. Include washing and drying machine. Great location! Just outside the noisy area, but near many good restaurants, try the ramen nearby it is popular and delicious

Very poor communication. Was difficult to contact anyone. They do not respond through Expedia messages, and one of the 2 phone numbers on their website do not work. We only had 3 towels in the room for 4 people. After calling to ask for another we were told no, our 6 year old son was too young to get a towel. Apparently he doesn't need to bathe? There are only 2 plates in the kitchen, so we couldn't all eat there without buying disposable plates. So don't plan to use the kitchen, which kind of defeats the purpose. Overall could have been a good place, but I am pretty frustrated by the communication and lack of provisions for more than 2 people.

Ich habe meinen Aufenthalt um eine Nacht verlängert, weil ich mich im Apartment wirklich sehr wohlgefühlt habe. Viel Platz, eine super ausgestattete Küche, eine Couch zum Entspannen und eine wunderschöne Aussicht. Auch die Lage mit einem Supermarkt ganz in der Nähe fand ich top.

Ich habe mich hier wirklich sehr wohlgefühlt und wäre gerne länger geblieben. Endlich mal etwas mehr Platz zum Leben! Die Küche war super ausgestattet, die Klimaanlage hat einwandfrei funktioniert und es gab eine Waschmaschine inklusive Waschmittel. Toilette und Badezimmer waren separat. Auch die Couch zum Entspannen und die wunderschöne Aussicht bei Sonnenaufgang und Sonnenuntergang haben mir sehr gefallen. Die Lage war ebenfalls top, mit einem Supermarkt ganz in der Nähe und vielen Möglichkeiten in Laufweite. Beim Check-in hatte ich zunächst Schwierigkeiten und habe Hilfe von einer fremden Person bekommen, die dadurch meinen Zugangscode kannte. Deshalb habe ich am ersten Tag über Expedia um einen neuen Code gebeten. Darauf habe ich leider keine Antwort erhalten. Gerade weil ich alleine gereist bin, hätte ich mir hier eine Rückmeldung gewünscht. Abgesehen davon war es ein sehr schöner Aufenthalt und ich würde wieder hier übernachten.

綺麗で清潔なマンションタイプの部屋。 日常必要なものは全部あるので、長期滞在は楽と思う。 繁華街すぐそばなので、買い物、食事もバラエティ豊かで便利。 交通も便利。 チェックインからチェックアウトまで人に会わない気楽さ。 大画面テレビで動画もネット環境も快適でした。

1泊させていただきました！ 清潔で、何より、家電が良かったです！ 洗濯乾燥機があったお陰で、服を洗って、2日目の予備の着替えとして使う事が出来ました！ 冷蔵庫もあり、近くにはスーパーもあるという立地、パーキングも多く、子連れには、本当に有り難く、コスパ以上の快適さでした！ また鹿児島市に行く時は是非利用したいと思います！

とてもキレイで素敵なお部屋で大満足でしたが、お部屋を気に入って、延泊をしたかったのですが、メッセージしてもお返事がなく、お電話しても『現在使われておりません』で手続きできなかったので、１回お部屋を出て大荷物を持ってまたチェックインしないといけなくて大変でした(；；) あと、洗濯をするのでハンガーが足りず、購入しました。洗濯用ハンガーがもっとあると長く滞在する人にはたすかると思います。

建物自体も、部屋の中も清潔で、水回りも綺麗だったので快適に利用できました。 袋なども置いてあり、助かりました。 繁華街にも近く歩いて移動しやすかったです。 ソファベット用なのか、シーツや枕もあり、その点も良かったです。 チェックインの時に、玄関ドアのキーの説明が分かりにくく、鍵Noをスクショしていたので解錠できたんですが、もう少し分かりやすいと嬉しいです。 換気扇の説明も、換気口と換気扇それぞれ、開けておくのか、閉めておくのかが少し分かりにくかったです。 また機会があれば、利用したいです。
