清潔感もあり、良かったです。 ただ、フライ返しや菜箸などあったので料理しようと材料を買ってきたのですが、鍋やフライパンは無かったです。 あと、アメニティーが歯ブラシ一つでもあるとよいかと感じました。

ゴミ等の問題で施設の担当者と連絡が取り合えたので良かったと思います。 参考までに細かい点をあげると 各備え付け機器のフィルター関係の清掃、椅子のネジの緩み等があります。清掃の方では難しいので設備員を定期的に訪問する体制が必要と思います。 安価での宿泊ありがとうございました。

チェックインは事前にメールで手続き案内があり、発行されたQRコードを玄関でかざすだけで完了。チェックアウトもものの数十秒で終えられた。部屋は３人では広くはないが、清潔かつ設備も充実している。何より鹿児島中央駅から歩いて数分という好立地。鹿児島市に行った時にはまた利用させて頂きます。

ロケーションは鹿児島中央駅に徒歩5分ほどの便利なところにあり、お土産や食事はほとんど鹿児島中央駅周辺で事足りました。 部屋も6名では少し手狭感はありましたが、旅行の拠点としては十分で、掃除も行き届いていて気持ちよく過ごすことができました。

2階の部屋に宿泊しましたが、上の階の宿泊客が終始うるさく、足音がかかと歩きでドンドン響き、全然休まらず楽しくない宿泊でした。 部屋の構造が鉄骨なのでしょうね。 家族で利用したのですが、テレビ前のテーブル席が椅子2脚しかなく、ソファがある施設の方がよかったと思いました。 場所はいいけど、次は泊まらないと思います。

利便性がよく、室内も綺麗でした。 ただ、浴槽に髪の毛が残っていたり、カップが汚れていたのでそこはマイナスでした。また、グラスがあるとよかったなぁと思います。

駅近で新しく綺麗で、家族でゆっくり過ごせました。 乾燥機能付きの洗濯機もあり、連泊に便利で全体的に満足です。 ＜気になった点＞ 洗面台に前の方の忘れ物があったり 浴室の鏡など水垢が目立ち、トイレも含め清掃が行き届いてない印象でした。 エレベーターがないので旅行荷物を持って狭い階段を上り下りすることになります。
