I stayed there for 4 nights. Everything was fine but the onsen place is a bit too small. It gets boring if you are to stay for 4 days. Breakfast buffet was decent with good food selection.

Loved it

Really nice hotel. Possibly the highlight of my trip. Had breakfast and lunch buffet at the fourth floor restaurant and both were excellent, really fresh and healthy. Everything is spotless and you and staff is really friendly. Very highly recommended.

A very enjoyable and comfortable stay!

The hotel & room is very new, clean and comfortable. It’s not in shopping areas but shuttle bus runs every 30 mins so it’s good enough. We got an upgrade with Sakurajima view and the view was stunning!!! The onsen is small but clean and cozy. Highly recommend this hotel!

The lady working at the concierge desk during our stay is super helpful and patient with us. She helped us book ferries and hotels by making multiple calls. The hotel is quiet and clean and the breakfast is very good. The building is fairly new and looks modern.

Beautiful hotel, wonderful view from the room, right in front of the tram stop into town. Free shuttle service from/to the train station. Staff were professional and friendly. The onsen was clean and I was able to use it despite having tattoos. It did become very busy after a while which ruined it a bit, but I was leaving by then do grateful it was quite when I'd gone in. Only odd thing was we didn't get any extra bedding even though we'd booked a room with sofa bed and were 3 people (2 adults and 1 child). We called reception and they did bring an extra pillow and blanket, but no sheet. But everything else was perfect and would definitely stay here again and recommend to others.

施設も新しく部屋から桜島が見え景色も良かった。フロントの対応も素晴らしい。クラブラウンジへ行った際、準備中だったせいもあるがスタッフが挨拶も何の説明も無く3名で話しながら作業していたのは残念だった。使用する気になれず振替えでレストランを利用。そちらの対応は素晴らしかった。

Très bel hôtel, bien situé, petit déjeuner excellent. Un léger défaut par rapport à ce qu'on a pu rencontrer dans le reste de Kyushu est l'absence de yukata à disposition pour aller aux bains et l'absence de vue sur le volcan lorsqu'on est aux bains.
