“My husband, daughter and I stayed here for three nights. The staff was friendly, the room was clean, and the hotel is conveniently located to the train station, restaurants, and shopping. The building is old yet well maintained. I would stay here again when visiting Lund.”

“Service is a disaster in all ways. If you are out till late and arrive to the hotel, the door is closed, no one replies to the buzzer and the mobile number displayed in the door no one picks up. Dont bother calling for any help including 911/112. You might end up locked out. The facility needs some taking care of. Its a beautiful building but not well maintained. Some tiles are missing or lose. Check-out is simple. They just say bye and dont even ask “how was your stay?” So you can share...

“I can warmly recommend the hotel. Nature, beach, ocean, spa with several pools and saunas, nice view at the ocean. Very friendly hotel staff!!! Hotel close to Copenhagen. It's your own fault if you book elsewhere”
