Very beautiful mountain hot spring

We spend two days in the hotel and enjoyed it very much. The staffs in the front deck speak good English and are very helpful. The outdoor onsen is beautiful Special when the winter snow. Definitely will be back. Thanks

家族旅行で利用しました。宿泊者向けの縁日、お風呂上がりのカクテルサービス、夜ご飯はしゃぶしゃぶの食べ放題と飲み物の飲み放題、夜ご飯の後にはロビーでプリンと加賀太鼓の演奏鑑賞などとても楽しませていただきました。内風呂も広く、露天風呂も川を眺めながら入浴出来るので気持ちが良かったです。子ども用にアメニティセットや塗り絵、貯金箱製作キットなども貰えました。ロビーにはいつでも飲めるドリンクバーもあり、至れり尽くせりでした。スタッフの方々の対応も温かく、滞在を楽しめました。

宿に到着した時に、スタッフが若い外国の方が多く驚きました。施設内の案内をしてお部屋まで連れて行ってくれましたが、感じはいいのですが何を言ってるのかあまり聞き取れませんでした。 お食事は、半分セルフといった感じでしたが楽しめました。 夜8時から、ホテルのバスでホタル鑑賞に連れて行ってくれたのですが、それがとても良かったです。

夕食、朝食共にgood、その他の特典もたくさんあり良かったです。ただ、チェックアウト後、駐車場にワゴン車で送っていただきましたが、当日、雨が強く降っていて、送迎のスタッフは車に乗ったままで雨の降る中私たちを降ろし、走り去ってしまいました。大きな荷物を雨に濡れて車まで運びました。ワゴン車の中に傘が置いてありましたので、傘を差し出して車まで送ってあげるか、少なくても傘を貸していただければと思いました。
