Staff was kind. Plenty of self-service facility including vending machine, microwave oven, etc. Room is quiet even the hotel building is beside railroad tracks. Only problems are very limited parking space and early-closing restaurant.

Close to the station but few train, so better to rent a car which can be easier for your travel around that area. The room is small but compact and clean enough, with a onsen-sauna place on the top of building.

連休明けの平日に宿泊しましたが、駐車場はほとんど埋まってる状態でした。 でもホテル内はあまり人の気配を感じることもなく、最上階にある大浴場は小さめではありましたが他に利用者がおらず快適で、露天風呂も貸切状態で最高でした✨ お部屋もホテル側から無料でアップグレードしてくれて、頼んでたお部屋よりも少し広かったようです。 強いて言うならば、エアコンの風が出てきたと思ったらすぐ止まってしまい、時間を置かないとまた出てこないので、壊れているのかそういうタイプなのか不便を感じました。 トータルで言うと、元々お値打ちだった価格からバイタリティ特典で割引きされて、尚且つアップグレードしてもらえてとても満足でした！

スタッフさんは丁寧で、客室の施設もアメニティーも揃っているし綺麗で言う事なしでした。できました。 個人的な希望なのですが、浴衣ではなく上下別の作務衣タイプだと嬉しかったです。あとビジネスホテルなので仕方ないのですが壁が薄いのか隣の家族の話し声や上の部屋の音が聞こえていました。　便利な場所にあるので、また違う街でお世話になるかもしれません。

朝食の際、未就学児は料金がかからないとフロントで説明を受けたにも関わらず、私達の目につくところで3歳以上はチケットが必要なのにね〜と聞こえる声で言われました。主人が声を掛けたところ新人に話していただけだと濁されましたが大変遺憾です。3日間朝食代は先払いしてありましたが、結局その1回しか食事はしませんでした。主人の実家が近く、毎年利用したいと考えていましたが今回のことでしばらく検討しようかと思いました。

部屋のトイレ初めて入るのに短髪の髪の毛が3.4本くらい落ちていて清掃が行き届いてないのでしょうか 朝大浴場の内風呂に入ったら何か白っぽい物が浮かんでいて 花の湯？入浴剤？石鹸の泡？垢？ もし花の湯や入浴剤なら張り紙してあったら安心です
