This is a delightful little gem, perfect for families. The property has a great restaurant, a wonderful buffet breakfast, and superb pool, hot tubs, and saunas. I also has wonderful entertainment possibilities, with ping pong, pool table, and even a little bowling alley.

Amazing hotel in every way!

I could write a 500word story about how great this hotel is, it was the first time for me and my colleague in JyvÀskylÀ and we could not have found a better hotel! WOW! in every aspect! But I don't have time to write that much right now, so I just say.. THANK YOU VERY VERY MUCH!

Excellent warm welcoming staff. Good breakfast. Eco consideration poor. Heating could be turned down particularly in bedrooms. As usual no sink plugs, hence large water wastage.

Depois de passar por 30 paĂ­ses no Ășltimo ano nĂŁo havĂ­amos ficado na rede e com certeza nĂŁo voltaremos, reclamando foi nos dito pra pagar um quarto melhor problema nĂŁo resolvido, no quarto nĂŁo hĂĄ nada nem chaleira nem frigobar a diĂĄria mais alta e a pior experiĂȘncia, no banheiro nĂŁo hĂĄ uma touca para banho, hotĂ©is com diĂĄria bem mais baixa se preocupam com o cliente e deixam amenidades. NĂŁo Ă© o caso da rede scandic que estĂĄ nem aĂ­ pro cliente. Mahtava kokemus perheen kanssa

Olimme perheen kanssa lomamatkalla ja viihdyimme Laajavuoressa todella hyvin. Lapset oli otettu kivasti huomioon ja paljon eri tekemistÀ riitti. Puuhahuoneet ja kylpylÀ olivat mahtavia sekÀ hotellissa oli helppoa liikkua. Remontoitu perhehuone oli siisti ja tyylikÀs sekÀ todella hiljainen. Oli ihana nukahtaa sateen ropinaan ja olimme kaikki rentoutuneita. Aamupala oli herkullinen ja monipuolinen. Hotelli sai meiltÀ kaikilta 5/5, en tiedÀ mitÀ olisi voinut tehdÀ paremmin. Suosittelen lapsiperheille ja vaikka pariskunnille tunnelmalliseen viikonloppuun.

Meille ensin varattu huone oli likainen (makkaran paloja ja karkkipapereita lattioilla), saimme uuden huoneen mikÀ oli parempi, mutta pölyÀ oli runsaasti. LisÀksi kÀytÀvien kokolattiamatot olivat jÀrkyttÀvÀssÀ kunnossa. Siivouksen tasoa ei siis voi oikein kehua. Asiakaspalvelu oli kyllÀ hyvÀÀ ja muutoin visiitti oli ihan miellyttÀvÀ. Mutta siisteystasoon suosittelisin kyllÀ kiinnittÀmÀÀn huomiota, koska se on itselleni yksi tÀrkeimmistÀ asioista joita hotellissa arvostan.

Huone ja hotelli oli yleissiisti. Ravintola kokemus oli hyvÀ. Perheen ruokailu sujui nopeasti, ruoka maistui ja palvelu oli nopeaa ja ystÀvÀllistÀ. Huone oli todella kuuma ja sen sÀÀtöÀ emme saaneet itse tehokkaasti muutettua.

Osa huoneista hienosti uudistettu. KylpylÀ oikein hyvÀ, mutta jos lapsi ei osaa uida niin hieman heikosti tÀllöin altaita joissa opetella, koska jalat ei yllÀ pohjaan muissa kuin porealtaissa. Ruoka ok, melko perus scandicia. Loma-aikoina pienille sekÀ alakouluikÀisille lapsille kivasti tekemistÀ: leikkihuoneet sekÀ leffailta.

Äiti ja 2 poikaa kylpylĂ€lomalla yhden yön

Palvelu oli ystÀvÀllistÀ ja paikka viihtyisÀ. HyvÀ aamupala. Respassa oli ajoittain ruuhkaa mutta meille sattui sopivan hiljainen hetki. Huone oli mukavan kokoinen kolmelle. KylpylÀosasto oli vÀhÀn hankala Àidille ja kahdelle pojalle (8 v. ja 9 v.): MihinkÀÀn ei voinut mennÀ yhdessÀ saunomaan. Saunavalikoima ei ollut niin laaja kuin oli kuvailtu, koska osa saunoista oli vain miehille ja naisten saunat olivat aivan tavallisia. Höyrysauna allasosastolla oli mukava. Altaat olivat toimivia, joskin ruuhkaisia. Huone oli turhan kallis pienelle perheelle (200 euroa).
