This place has done a complete makeover/remodel and it is wonderful! Steps from the airport terminal and Donna's restaurant which has some pretty good food! We travel to Juneau every year and this will be my place of choice!

The facility is new. The staff was unprepared. The room was wrong (1 bed vs 2)! So someone had to sleep on sofa bed. The staff just said 'Oh well this is all we have left tonight.' The only thing good about this place is the location to the airport. if that is all you are looking for then this place probably works but you will NOT have any other good feelings from staying in this location and we were not the only group that you could hear complaining in the lobby!
