Seasonal Road Closure Notice: HWY 120 (Tioga Pass) generally closes for the winter from late October through late summer. Daily closures can also occur during periods of inclement weather in spring and fall. The Eastern entrance to Yosemite National Park is located 45 minutes from Mammoth Lakes. Yosemite's Eastern Gate or Tuolumne Meadows is not accessible when Tioga Pass is closed. All other Yosemite National Park entrances are open year round. Guests are advised to check local road conditions/closures before travel with the California Department of Transportation at www.dot.ca.gov or by calling 800-427-7623.

We had a great stay! Great location, great communication. Had everything we needed for cooking. Super close to skiing. Clean, comfortable beds. Family friendly! Our kids were able to play on the snow in the front area after skiing and made friends with other kids. Everyone had a blast! Will definitely be back!

Very nice little cabin for our family of 4 to stay at during our ski trip. The cabins have nice amenities, and were very clean. The location is great with a very short walk to either the lake, or restaurants. We will be making these cabins our go to location during our annual June Lake skiing trips.

Beautiful cabin , great management if you want to stay in a very nice humble cabin next to June lake this is the place ! I personally had a great experience here kitchen was fully ready for you to cook home made meals , clean , nice heaters ,June lake and its town are beautiful day and night . More than plenty of snow to go snowboarding in the winter . Would highly recommend and definitely coming back to visit some time get to check out more of the town and other y around June lake. It was a dream come true for me , Thanks !
