I waited for about 15 minutes to be checked in, no one at the check in counter, pool was not working. Coffee not ready at 6:00 am as mentioned to us that it was going to be ready breakfast items not at all ready. Waited for coffee to be ready left before it was ready since we were told another 15 minutes.

Staff was excellent. Wifi was out, tub drained slowly, and toilet kept running. Bed was comfortable though. Watch out for the mama turkey and her chicks.

The bathroom had mold across the ceiling and the wall had throw-up that was partially cleaned. The drapes were ripped and the floor was sticky. We only stayed because we needed a few hours of sleep on our road trip.

Just right

Overall it was pleasant. We arrived late, after a long journey. The beds were comfortable. Only disappointed was that the make to order breakfast ended at 9 am and I’m pretty sure I heard it was available 6-10. Maybe I didn’t hear right. Other than that, it was a good night sleep

The property needs a complete sprucing up. We are only staying one night so not too bad but it needs cleaning, painting etc. sheets had small holes in them. Tv reception poor.

Avoid rooms from the older building

Pretty old and dusty room. Smelled awful until I request to be moved to the newer building. Make sure you don’t get sent to the bottom building.

Terrible experience!!!!!! I got to the SureStay hotel in Somora, TX at 1:05am and nobody answered the ringbell, phonecalls and my loud hard knocking on doors and windows!!! I spent easily 25 min waiting while insisting and had to leave very upset!!!! As a frecuent expedia customer I expect my $116 dlls back immediately!!!!! I habe videos and pictures to prove nobody took care of me. Thank you

Trip from Albuquerque New Mexico to South Texas

Assigned room number (203)) was upstairs so I asked if she could give us a room downstairs because my husband has knee issues and we’d been driving 8 hours…. She said ‘No’. She said all rooms were already taken and it was not possible for her to change our room. So because it was already almost midnight we had no choice but to take the room (203). As we drove around to our room, we saw that there were only 4 cars in the parking lot …so she lied. My husband struggled up the stairs and was slowly able to reach top. In the morning I informed the front clerk about the mishap and all she did was apologize for the night clerk and remarked that maybe we should inform mgt because she agreed that was wrong of her coworker not to provide appropriate customer support and we should request a refund….Wow!

El personal es muy amable, la alberca y el gimnasio estaban cerrados, quisieron cambiarme la suit por un cuarto más pequeño cuando había pagado la suit, me entregaron la habitación sin limpiar, el baño con desecho, toallas mojadas en la bañera, cama desatendida, basura. Al final me dieron otra habitación pero la primera que me dieron estaba en un estado terrible

Booked them because they advertised a pool. When we got to the hotel there was a paper note that said no pool or gym. The guy behind counter said owner hadn’t told him. When to open pool (pool had been drained of all water) bathrooms in lobby were locked. The room we booked was “out of order” so he put us in a smaller room for same price. When we got to room one tv didn’t work at all and the other turned on the cut off and wouldn’t turn on again. Sheets had holes and stains on them. We decided to eat the money for the room and stay In ozona at a much nicer hotel
