There is only one complaint and nothing else matters. It was the worst bed that a hotel room could possibly have short of a bedbug infestation! It felt like sleeping on metal springs because that’s exactly what we were sleeping in. Expedia got us a SMALL refund from the manager but she didn’t seem to care.

We had a wonderful stay! The room was huge, the bed was extremely comfortable and it was very clean and quiet. The eggs and sausage for breakfast were surprisingly good!

Very convenient location to the interstate. We have stayed here multiple times. Rates much lower than Kerrville so we elect Dos Rios to stay even when visiting Kerrville area. Staff very nice and very attentive. Would recommend this property to anyone.

We enjoyed our stay, again, at Best Western Dos Rios. The door to our room was difficult to open/close/lock properly. It needs some attention. Wonderful breakfast and friendly staff.

Eagles trip

It was just a short stay, and the motel was just what we needed. It had a fantastic breakfast. We will definitely consider it when we are in the area as well as any other Best Western motels.
