I used this hotel to stay at while visiting my grandkids in Fort Riley based on location. My stay here was amazing. Clean rooms and staff extremely friendly and helpful. Hot breakfast every morning included was always plenty full. I definitely would recommend this hotel for your family and friends. I plan on staying there every time I come to Fort Riley.

The staff was very friendly. It appered to be new owners, but it is not in great shape. The hallways were humid and muggy, the toilet stopped working, bathroom tiles were loose, the carpets all throughout were frayed. The breakfast was not very edile, I think the OJ was actually Tang. I am hopeful they are working on it, as again the staff was so nice.

The new was unbelievably comfortable, pillows were terrible with hardly any filler. We take are pillows with is everywhere so no problem as I have cervical herniations. Great breakfast, Indian staff are polite but hard to understand, cold ac. Our Ice machine on our floor was broke down so had to go to main floor to get ice.

This place is fine. It is next to a major highway, so it's convenient. The room was clean, though the air conditioner was very loud and rattling. Breakfast was pretty disappointing. By 7:45am most of the food was gone. No fruit was left. Coffee was empty. A group of people waiting around for a new batch of eggs, which when they came out were a little soupy and just unappetizing. I booked through expedia and paid there. Even though I was not there with a pet, they still charged my card a $100 damage deposit that I had to sign for.

The room was very clean, and the staff was friendly throughout our stay. We did encounter a couple of minor issues. When I tried calling the front desk to ask where the pool was located—since our room didn’t have the usual information binder—no one answered despite multiple attempts. I ended up wandering around in my swimsuit until I finally found it, which was a bit frustrating but also kind of funny in hindsight. The only other issue was the air conditioning. It wouldn’t cool below 72 degrees, and I prefer sleeping in a cooler room (around 68–69), so that made it a little uncomfortable at night. Overall, though, the hotel is beautiful. The pool was clean and a lot of fun, and I really appreciated the outdoor amenities like the grills and the fenced-in seating areas. Despite the small inconveniences, I would definitely stay here again!

Clean room and linens. Nice room with regard to the plusses. It features a wardrobe closet with hangers, a refrigerator and coffee maker in its own space, plus a tv stand that can be adjusted to your view needs. Ours was a sizable room with a king bed, but only three small, but wonderful, pillows. You’ll see that the furnishings are a bit worn in certain areas of the hotel. 5 stars for the Trane HVAC room system. Quiet but efficient. Top shelf.
